Nordic Redwood Treated Pine
Originating from Northern Wood
Nordic Redwood – (Pinus sylvestis) comes from the northern region of Finland and is made by Finland’s largest private timber processing company. The timber of the North grows slowly under very demanding conditions, which makes it an excellent raw material for building purposes with its tight grain structure.
Nordic Redwood is GL10 structural grade and is manufactured by laminating and finger-jointing two or more pieces together to provide a stable and easy to use finished product. Nordic Redwood is a lightweight timber, stays very straight and is non leaching making it an ideal choice for many types of projects and applications. The pressure treatment process has a brown pigmentation giving Nordic Redwood a hardwood appearance.
